Frabill Combo Kit

Anglers love their tools. They cut, clip, snip, chop, sear, and slash fishing line; in addition to squeezing, pulling, prying, twisting, and crimp everything from lures to weights. There are just so many things that anglers do during one day of fishing with tools. Unfortunately, no o
ne tool can do it all. That’s why a combo kit makes sense. Two tools when put in the boat can do any task efficiently and quickly. The Frabill Combo Kit combines split ring pliers and curved forceps along with a lanyard. Everything an angler needs in one day of fishing.
The Frabill Combo Kit split ring pliers (www.Frabill.com) features TPE coated handles, split ring tool for changing hooks, split shot crimper, spring loaded handle for easier use, and comfort grip handles. What all can a good, quality pair of pliers do? All most everything from clipping, squeezing, pulling, prying, twisting, and crimping, but this pair of pliers is also designed to remove split rings. Serious anglers change split rings on their lures constantly during a day of fishing. If they don’t do it during the day of fishing then they will the night before a big tournament. Pliers can also be used to straighten a hook out or crimp a split shot on. The Frabill Combo kit split ring pliers’ soft grip makes it easy to hold on tightly without slipping even when they are wet. Plus the spring loaded handle assists with opening without the angler having to pry them open.
A curved forceps is the other tool in the Frabill Combo Kit. It features locking handles with PVC coating for a better grip and built from stainless steel material. What do anglers use forceps for? The number one reason is to dislodge hooks from fish especially if they are hooked deep into their throat. Unlike pliers, these forceps are long and thin measuring 6 ½-inches in length. So you can reach deep into the fish’s throat to dislodge the hook while still being able to see what you are doing.
Having the tools you need in your boat is one thing, but being able to find them can be challenging sometimes especially if you are in a hurry or catching fish fast. That’s why the last part of the Frabill Combo Kit is so important. This 18-inch long lanyard is adjustable with two rings to attach to the pliers, forceps or any other tool an angler wants to keep track of in their boat.
Anglers love their tools there’s no doubt about that. They cut, clip, snip, chop, squeeze, pull, pry, twist, and crimp everything from their lures, hooks, weights, and remove hooks from fish with them.
