TigeRodz is proud to announce, the sponsorship of the University of Alabama Crimson Tide Bass Anglers Collegiate Fishing Team.  This makes the second collegiate fishing team to sign a sponsorship agreement with TigeRodz.
 
 “TigeRodz is excited to be sponsoring the University of Alabama Crimson Tide Bass Anglers Collegiate Fishing Team and having them endorse and fishing with my high quality, custom built fishing rods,” said Tim Knox, the owner of TigeRodz.  Knox is also looking forward to seeing them compete in several of the collegiate fishing circuits that the Crimson Tide Bass Anglers compete in.  “For me personally, it’s great to be sponsoring a college fishing team from my home state,” Knox added.  The University of Alabama Crimson Tide Bass Anglers fishing club has nine returning members from last year and looking forward to having approximately eighteen to twenty students join during the school year.  The students on the team will compete in collegiate fishing tournaments all over the United States.  No credit hours are earned by being part of the club.  The club will hold six qualifying tournaments in state along with participating in other invitational tournaments during the school year  The University of Alabama Crimson Tide Bass Anglers fishing club is current sponsors include Strike King Lures, Vicious Fishing, Save Phace, TigeRodz, Wired 2 Fish, Gemini, Woods and Waters, X-Points Hooks, Frog Toggs, Plano, Triton Boats, Spot Sticker, and College Bass. 

David Rogers, President of the club said, “The University of Alabama fishing club is excited to be sponsored by TigeRodz; it’s really a great situation to have a rod company located in state and so close by,” Rogers continued, “in addition, to being willing to work with us.”  Rogers went on to express that the location means fishing club members will enjoy one-on-one contact with the owner, quick responses time in case of warranty work, and the benefits of stepping up to rod of that quality craftsmanship and performance.
