The Professor’s Back in Class with Sonar GPS 301 DVD

    Author: Brad Wiegmann |

Well anglers, class is in session again.  In the just released DVD, Sonar/GPS 301 by Frazier Marine Group with Professor Wilson Frazier as the instructor.  The Professor goes into detail on how anglers can get more out of their sonar and GPS units.  This is the third in the series of step-by-step educational DVD.Sonar GPS 301

Wilson Frazier, aka the Professor, is an authority when it comes to sonar/GPS units with over 30 years of being a Lowrance Pro Staffer and part of the tournament support team.  Today, the Professor spends much of his time providing seminars all over the country to pros and fishing enthusiasts teaching them how to use their sonar/GPS units.  The Professor is also the president of Frazier Marine Group Elite Series Products and Fishing Aids including: GPS/Sonar Cleaner-Krystal Vision, Multi-use cleaner-Shazzam, Eraser Degreaser, Tire Shine, Marker Buoy System Bac-to-its, Shock Guard Mount Stabilizer, Slick Sides, Braid-Aid, Cork Magic, and Rod Glo. The DVD Sonar/GPS 301 (www.itainttv.com) has three sections: Sonar 301, GPS 301, and Questions & Answers-Professors Mail Bag.  In Sonar 301, the Professor starts with a quick review of Sonar 101 and 201 including how the sonar unit works, what you are really seeing on the units screen, and the significance of resetting your sonar unit.  After reviewing, the Professor explains trail colors and how to follow trails.  Frazier then goes into detail how using the two maps feature works and can make you a better angler.  In GPS 301, Frazier goes in to detail about factor settings, curser lines, and give anglers an assignment to work on; in addition to numerous other topics that anglers will find educational for learning more about reading and utilizing their sonar unit.

The last section, Questions & Answers-Professor’s Mail Bag, Frazier goes over a number of questions that were either emailed or snail mailed to him.  The questions range from using their sonar units and GPS units.

All of the information is explained in easy to understand drawings and in straight forward, uncomplicated terms.  Each educational DVD is a building block to the next DVD in the series Sonar & GPS, where the Professor continues to educate and enhance your knowledge of sonar and GPS units.  In all of the DVD’s, Frazier has challenged anglers to practice what they have just watched.  Students…anglers have finally been given homework assignments that they can enjoy doing.
