What’s All The fuss About ICAST 2012 New Product Showcase

First Annual Tom Pagnozzi Charities Big Bass Tournament a Successful Event Over the weekend, The Paganozzi Charities held their first annual big bass tournament on Beaver Lake in Arkansas. Over one hundred anglers competed in the tournament to win $5,000 in cash. The results ended up with angler Joe Watkins winning with a bass weighing in at 4.35 pounds. For Watkins it was a rewarding experience, but in the end, Paganozzi Charities won the event raising over $9,000 to be used to fund sports scholarships for underprivileged youth in Northwest Arkansas.

Going, Going, Gone to ICAST 2012
It’s that time again. I’m packing my bags and getting prepared for the biggest fishing trade show in the world. Doing a little research, I see that there is going to a lot of special events going on during the show; in addition to attending the show itself. 2012 Will Fish for Kids Tournament

It’s more than just bragging rights for the year; the New Product Showcase at ICAST 2012 highlights the release of many new products to the marketplace. Products that will end up in fishing tackle retail stores then into anglers tackle boxes all over the world. Manufactures must bring something new and innovative to win the “Best of Show”. It’s a challenge to catch the eye of the judges. Who are the judges? They are members of the media-editorial like myself and registered buyers.
